We can make the raw material as per your special request– only use brand-new original metal ingots. Recycled scraps, waste and leftover materials are completely banned. All products comply with ISO & ASTM standards. Our in-house lab provides full MTC test reports covering spectroscopy, tensile, impact, metallurgy and NDT inspection for project acceptance. Full material test certificates are available.

Q1: Can you produce non‑standard fasteners according to drawings or samples?
A1: Yes. We support custom manufacturing by drawings, samples or special technical specifications. Material, dimension, surface treatment can be customized.
Q2: What materials are available for your fasteners?
A2: We supply superalloy, nickel‑base alloy, duplex / super‑duplex stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel and other high‑performance alloys.
Q3: Do you provide material test reports (MTR)?
A3: Yes. Material Test Reports will be provided for each batch, including chemical composition, hardness and mechanical‑property data.
Q4: What is your lead‑time?
A4: Lead‑time depends on material complexity and order quantity. We will confirm exact schedule upon receiving your inquiry.
Q5: Can you do special surface treatment for corrosion‑resistant requirement?
A5: Yes. Multiple surface treatments are available to meet different anti‑corrosion grade requirements.
Q6: Do you accept small‑batch trial orders?
A6: Yes, small‑batch trial orders are welcome for new‑project evaluation.
